Just found this blog, Debi. I hope the re-start has worked. If you need a cheerleader, I'd be glad to volunteer for the job. Take it one pound at a time, and you'll get there. Need a goal for the nasty holiday season? Don't try to lose weight, but make your goal not to gain any. You go, girl! You can do this!

ReplyDeleteThe more the merrier...I am not sure how good we are at accountability around here, but it can't hurt to have another person to be accountable to!
